Working in a group can be difficult as a leader if you're trying to both contribute and facilitate. With a facilitator, you can be more fully present and contribute to the work at hand.

Prior to the session, you will work with the facilitator to determine the goals of the session as well as get to know the work. Please note that transportation, meals, and preparation are not included in the full/half-day rates.
